  • Yes! Almost everything in our templates can be customized! With the click of a button you can change all colors, fonts, branding, photos and graphics. We will show you how to do this in our step-by-step videos once you purchase the template.

  • Absolutely! You can add as many pages as you like. You’ll be able to design your own pages or duplicate the template pages and reformat them however you like!

    You can also add a blog or shop even if our templates do not include them. Squarespace makes it super easy!

  • Although our templates do not include any MLS integration, you can add it with code given by your IDX provider. If you want more information, we recommend asking your brokerage or IDX provider if they can give you an embed code for your website.

  • While some of our website templates are designed with custom code (to give it that custom feel), you will NOT be required to know any coding. We’ve done the work for you and made it super easy to customize with zero coding knowledge necessary.

  • Yes, If you already own a domain you will be able to connect it to your new site even if it’s currently being used on another website.

    If you don’t own one yet, no problem! When you purchase hosting for your new website on Squrespace, you’ll have the option to add a domain name and get your first year free!

  • Not from our end! You will be required to purchase hosting from Squarespace (view their pricing here) but your template is a one time purchase so you won’t be seeing any monthly fees from us!
